UTF8 issue on Google Compute serial console

While trying to use Yast in the Google Compute serial console you will likely notice a UTF8 issue. This will cause the boarders to be drawn with letters instead of dashed lines. In some menus this can be very difficult to read. While the issue has been reported, I wanted to point to a simple solution. Typing ‘export NCURSES_NO_UTF8_ACS=1’ into the bash cli, will fix the format of the Yast menu.
