Unable to enroll new certificate for secure boot into firmware

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2

Situation

After trying to enroll new certificate to the firmware the command mokutil --list-enrolled shows no certificates enlrolled MokListRT is empty

Resolution

Update shim to at least shim-15.4-3.29.1.

Cause

There was a the logic error in shim/mok.c.
