SUSECon 2013 Call for Papers Commences

Submit your session proposals for SUSE's essential open source industry conference

Nuremberg, Germany

SUSE today announced that it's now accepting session proposals for its annual global open source conference, SUSECon 2013. The essential industry conference for Linux experts, partners and community enthusiasts will be held November 12-15, 2013, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

SUSECon has quickly become a "must attend" conference for enterprise Linux users to learn about and experience first-hand the latest open source technologies and developments. SUSECon 2013 will feature exceptional technical content presented by SUSE engineers and product experts, customers and partners, and community enthusiasts.

Call for Papers—Submit a Proposal

Topics include what’s new in enterprise Linux, cloud computing, big data, server management and integrated systems. A comprehensive list of all SUSECon 2013 topics is now available.

Sessions will address a wide variety of new and existing technologies, customer scenarios and deployments, best practices and how-to guides for implementation of Linux and open source technologies. Proposals for presentations, demonstrations, workshops and labs will be considered and accepted. Submissions for attendees at varying technical levels are welcome.

Presenters will receive a free full pass to the event. However, travel and lodging are not included.

Proposals for SUSECon 2013 sessions can be submitted via the SUSECon website www.susecon.com. Please note that the call for papers will remain open until August 16, at 5:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time.

Registration

SUSECon is also open for registration. Customers may purchase SUSECon passes in advance through SUSE's on-line shop or on the registration site. Conference passes are currently available at the Early Bird price of $799 through July 31.
