SUSE Manager Web Interface does not show the "Provisioning" Tab

Environment

SUSE Manager 3.1

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 2 (SLES 12 SP2)

Situation

The SUSE Manager Web Interface does not show the "Provisioning" Tab under the "System Details" menu as described in the SUSE Manager documentation.

Resolution

Subscribe to "SUSE Manager Lifecycle Management" to enable the "Provisioning" Tab and feature in the SUSE Manager Web Interface.

Cause

SUSE Manager evaluation license was used for registration initially, and the "SUSE Manager Lifecycle Management" subscription is missing.
