pvmove hangs when using the command 'pvmove /dev/dm-X /dev/dm-Y'

"pvmove --abort" has no effect.
For instance, if "logvol-01" and "logvol-02" are the involved LV, the following command can be used:
pvmove -v -n logvol-01 /dev/dm-8 /dev/dm-7 pvmove -v -n logvol-02 /dev/dm-8 /dev/dm-7This command has to be executed for all existent LV related to the source PV.
