They say things happen in 3’s and it’s about that time for me at SUSE.
When I started here 5 months ago, it was heads-down building and preparing for 2 significant launches.
The first was supporting my colleagues on our SUSE for SAP solutions team on our very significant sponsorship at SAPPHIRE NOW 2019. I’m happy to say all the work is finally paying off as I sit here on my break SAP’s biggest event of the year. If you’re attending and are not aware of SUSE, trust me, you’ll soon know. Our presence is physically large as is the value we bring to the SAP-related customer. I strongly urge you to peruse our sessions catalog here. It’s been standing room attendance! You can find us at the very green Booth #2246.
If you aren’t attending SAPPHIRE NOW and/or want to know more about why SUSE is the trusted and preferred open source platform for SAP customers who want to unlock data intelligence, drive innovation and run with the best, then I strongly urge you to check out our second launch, SUSE’s new campaign for the SAP customer who wants to learn how to Join the Best.
Both of these 2 programs; our SUSE sponsorship at Sapphire Now and our informative SAP-related web campaign Join the Best, are representative of the essence of SUSE. And that is our priority, to be customer-obsessed. You’ll love the rewarding chats at SAPPHIRE NOW not to mention an upbeat atmosphere with music videos, games, prizes, roasted nuts and even an appearance by our beloved Chameleon. In addition, our Join the Best pages allow the SAP solutions architect customer or specialized SAP partner to truly gain an understanding of what SUSE can do for SAP workloads. After all, we know, for example, migration to S4 / HANA can be daunting so we made researching open source for SAP workloads easy to absorb with navigation and content.
Now, what’s the 3rd thing I mentioned? Well, it relates to the level of intimacy that continues to be another one of our key differentiators at SUSE and why I love working here. You see, my community is just coming out of flood; a state of emergency type of flood. The outreach, support, and patience from the SUSE team was paramount and allowed me to focus on my family, our home (which is fine) and those around us. SUSE continues to represent just why customers and partners want to Join the Best.
Stay tuned next week where I’ll share my experiences at SAPPHIRE NOW 2019!
