An update that has four fixes can now be installed.
Description:
This update for build fixes the following issues:
- Fixed a bug, where the value of macro %suse_version was wrong (bsc#1170956)
- Package pkg-config files by default into baselibs (bsc#1174854)
- Added missing ignores for Leap 15.2 (bsc#1174854)
