libvirtd printing Cannot recv data: Value too large for defined data type

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP5
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2

Situation

libvirt printing the following error: 
Value too large for defined data type.
An example would be: 
 
kvm01:~ # virsh --connect=qemu:///system  migrate --live --tunnelled --p2p VM01 qemu+ssh://kvm02/system
error: operation failed: Failed to connect to remote libvirt URI qemu+ssh://kvm02/system: Cannot recv data: Value too large for defined data type

Resolution

This issue could be cause by multiple reasons, one of the the remote server SSH fingerprint changed. Problem could be fixed by running:
ssh-keygen -R kvm02
on kvm01 system.
