Registration to SCC does not work from a pure IPv6 Network

The System needs to be registered to SUSE Customer Center (SCC) from a pure IPv6 Network (no IPv4 Address available) .
The registration fails with the Error: Connection refused



Currently an IPv4 Address is mandatory for Registration to SCC.
This issue has been reported to our Internal IT.

Cause does not resolve DNS Requests from IPv6 Addresses.
