mgr-sync refresh aborts with "No product tree entry found for label“

Environment

SUSE Manager Server 4.2 

Situation

When running a "mgr-sync refresh" this aborts with:

No product tree entry found for label“
#mgr-sync refresh
Refreshing Channel families [DONE]
Refreshing SUSE products    [FAIL]
       Error: <Fault -1: "redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcFault: unhandled internal exception: No product tree entry found for label: 'sle-manager-tools15-beta-pool-x86_64-sp2'">

Resolution

Delete those channels that no longer exist:

spacewalk-remove-channel -c sle-manager-tools15-beta-pool-x86_64-sp2
spacewalk-remove-channel -c sle-manager-tools15-beta-updates-x86_64-sp2

If the error still exists, please contact SUSE Technical Support in time.

Cause

The "sle-manager-tools15-beta-pool-x86_64-sp2" and "sle-manager-tools15-beta-updates-x86_64-sp2"  channels do no longer exist. Please remove these channels and rung a  refresh again.
