Unable to PXE boot a server running EFI

When performing a PXE boot from a system with EFI, the server comes directly back to the EFI menu.
When performing a network trace, the following can be seen:

bootloaders_dir: "/var/lib/cobbler/loaders"After the file is save, perform:
systemctl restart cobblerd cobbler sync
