Resolution

Yes, the SUSE can provide an application backup of your SUSE Rancher Hosted environment. You can follow the Rancher documentation to restore your environment into a Rancher server running in your datacenter or cloud account.

To request a backup of your SUSE Rancher Hosted environment, open a support ticket on our support portal.
