Oracle DB crashes during initialization with binutils 2.35

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 GA
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP1
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP2

Situation

After updating binutils to version 2.35-7.11.1 Oracle DB crashes during initialization and print the following error:

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Resolution

A fix have been released, please update to:

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15-LTSS: binutils-2.35.1-6.20.1
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15-SP1/SP2: binutils-2.35.1-7.18.1
