SUSE®, the sovereign open infrastructure company, today announced that Ian Halifax is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and will be succeeded by Stefan Gaiser, effective September 14th. To ensure a smooth and seamless transition, Ian will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until the end of the calendar year.

Stefan currently serves as a member of the SUSE Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee. He brings a wealth of financial leadership experience to the role, having previously served as CFO at TeamViewer, Kofax plc, and P&I Personal & Informatik AG. Stefan is based in Freiburg, Germany.
