Discount Level Annual spend qualifies customers for their tiered discount MLA Program pricing levels. Program discounts are available through SUSE Resellers, who set VLA Customer pricing.

Subscription Offerings Standard (12x5 support) or Priority (24x7 support) subscription coverage required for all SUSE products. These subscriptions include upgrade protection, updates and patches via the Customer Center, and Technical Support. Choose from Basic (no support), Standard (12x5 support) or Priority (24x7 support) subscription levels. All three subscriptions include upgrade protection, updates and patches via the Customer Center, and Standard and Priority include Technical Support.
Purchase Minimum $250K per annum net revenue to SUSE. Subsidiaries joining an existing contract may join for $10,000 per annum net revenue to SUSE. None.
Contract & Term Contract signed directly with SUSE; contract runs in two-year renewable terms. No signed contract, no set term.
