Our traditional Premium Support offering follows the sun – you need us and a team will be with you 24/7. With SUSE Sovereign Premium Support we are launching a net new offering that follows the Geo. Support stays with you in your region – in this case, initially, the EU.

It is our most comprehensive support offering, yes. It ensures that Premium Support Engineers and Service Delivery Managers are based in the EU, and customer support data is stored on EU-located networks and servers.

SUSE Sovereign Premium Support Offers gives customers direct access to a named EU-based technical professional and Service Delivery Manager across SUSE’s entire portfolio in the following ways:

Access to EU-based premium support resources

SUSE Sovereign Premium Support provides direct benefits from a named Premium Support Engineer (PSE) and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) located within the EU. Tiered service levels available depending on the customer requirements.

Enhanced data privacy and controlled access

Only EU-based PSEs and SDMs have access to support data, and SUSE is committed to encrypting data required for troubleshooting to help address data sovereignty requirements

Accelerated issue resolution and uptime

Premium Support minimizes downtime for mission-critical or sensitive workloads.

Proactive collaboration

Your named Premium Support team will possess comprehensive knowledge of your infrastructure to provide a personalized service and make improvement recommendations
