Resolution

SUSE Engineering is aware of the issue.

A PTF can be requested by opening a support case using an appropriate product entitlement.

Cause

The error is generated by the version of 'grep' introduced with SLES15 SP7 which now complains about the syntax used in the high availability resource agents (ipaddr2-monitor).

Additional Information

It appears that this issue does not break the functionality of ipaddr2-monitor.

The PTF contains updated versions of the following programs:

     resource-agents
     monitoring-plugins-metadata
     ldirectord
