System hangs on reboot if 'google-shutdown-scripts.service' is enabled

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP3

If the 'SLE-Module-Public-Cloud' module is selected during installation, 'google-guest-agent' and 'google-guest-configs' will be installed.
Consequently 'google-shutdown-scripts.service' is enabled by default.
If the service is enabled, system hangs when it is rebooted.

Update the 'google-guest-agent' and 'google-guest-configs' packages to the latest available.

In '/usr/lib/systemd/system/google-shutdown-scripts.service', the 'TimeoutStopSec' field is set to 0 by default.
Modify the timeout value to 1 ( TimeoutStopSec=1) and restart the service.
