Who creates user accounts on Rancher Hosted Prime?

Resolution

When a new Rancher Hosted Prime environment is created, it will have a default admin account, and a password will be provided to you for that account. You'll be asked to change the admin password when logging in for the first time. It is the customer's responsibility to create new user accounts. Most customers leverage Rancher's external authentication provider.
