SUSE has launched a new pricing and technical support offering for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The offering is focused on new pricing models coupled with end-to-end technical support to better serve our MSP partners. This will enable MSPs to deliver better offerings to their customers. Designed to serve our SUSE One Partner Program MANAGE specialization Partners with ease-of-use, reduce time to market and increase flexibility, our new price offering features one partner subscription for every class of product on our price list with two tiered options of end-to-end technical support. 

“We listened to our partners and revamped our pricing and support model for the SUSE One Partner Program, MANAGE Specialization. This enables Managed Service Providers to have flexibility, ease-of-use and access to best-in-class technical support. Previously the approach was a little too complex with SKUs tied to only one level of support. The newly designed program offers comprehensive customized solutions through our global distributor partnerships,” said Bill Innis, Director of Cloud and MANAGE Service Providers, SUSE.
