Python-requests 2.8.x not compatible with docker-compose 1.2.0.

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (SLES 12)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 Service Pack 1 (SLES 12 SP1)
Docker

Situation

When updating SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (containers module), the python-requests package is updated to version 2.8.x. 

Following the update, it is no longer possible to start docker-compose.

Resolution

Interim solution until this will be resolved in code :

Downgrade the problematic python-requests version to the 2.3 version available in the Pool repository, for SLES 12 it is located in "SLES12-Pool" and for SLES 12 SP1 in "SLES12-SP1-Pool".

The following traceback is observed for Python version 2.8.1 when starting 'docker-compose' :
