SUSE Linux for AlphaServers comes with the proven Linux Kernel 2.2.19 as well as the latest Kernel 2.4.4 as a special bonus for technophile users. With more than 1,200 programs included, SUSE Linux for AlphaServers provides a comprehensive array of applications. The system offers professional Linux solutions for virtually any utilization area. Apart from Internet and network tools, SUSE Linux 7.1 for AlphaServers comes with a wide range of database applications, development tools, office and image processing software, and window managers. A user may select among two graphical user interfaces, KDE 2.1 or GNOME 1.2.
