Description:
This update for crowbar-ceph fixes the following issues:
- Update RGW HA deployment to use systemd services. (bsc#956582)
- Do not allow ceph-mon and ceph-osd deployment to cluster members.
- Better selection for a nodes with ceph-mds and ceph-calamari roles.
