Monitoring not working after migration to SMLM 5.1

Environment
SUSE Multi-Linux Manager 5.1
Situation
After migration to SUSE Multi-Linux Manager 5.1 from SUSE Manager 4.3.16 it was noticed that Monitoring is not working anymore. The Grafana dashboards information are not getting updated.
Note: this could also happen when migrating from SMLM 5.0.5 to 5.1
Resolution
Workaround:
Until a fix is available, please disable and then re-enable Monitoring using the WebUI.
Navigate to: Admin -> Manager Configuration -> Monitoring -> click Disable.
Restart SMLM, after restart finish navigate again to Monitoring configuration and click on Enable.
