Unable to delete any registered systems: Exception value: 'login failed (taskomatic_user)'

Environment
Situation
It is not possible to delete any registered systems from the SUMA Server, via the WebUI this fails with:
An error occurred during cleanup Server error, please check log files
In the "/var/log/cobbler/cobbler.log" the following error can be seen:

Resolution
Verify that the following lines are present in "/etc/cobbler/modules.conf":
[authentication]
module = authentication.spacewalk
hash_algorithm = sha3_512
Cause
Additional Information
Another issue happened due to same reason, the logged-in user is not able to check "Autoinstallation Profiles" via Web UI.
The following errors can be seen in /var/log/rhn/rhn_web_ui.log
