An update that has three fixes can now be installed.

This update for pacemaker fixes the following issues:
- tools: CIB clients retry signon upon an EAGAIN error (bsc#1224183)
- libcib: new function cib__signon_attempts() (bsc#1224183)
- libcrmcommon: reject ISO 8601 duration without any values
- libstonithd: prevent to free 'op_reply' repeatedly in 'stonith_send_command'
