    This update for smt fixes the following issues:

    - Fix support for creating custom repositories. (bsc#1021405)
    - Convert PatchRefs table to UTF8. (bsc#1018797)
    - Create /usr/sbin/rcsmt symbolic link for convenience. (bsc#969339)
