This update for hawk2 fixes the following issues:

• Fix detection of partial upgrade (bsc#1196673,bsc#1203367)
• Improve handling of unmatched paths (bsc#1199258)
• Allow configuration of cookies to HttpOnly by the use of the environment variable HAWK_COOKIE_HTTP_ONLY=true (bsc#1198647)
