    This update provides the latest timezone information (2018e) for your
    system, including following changes:

    - North Korea switches back from +0830 to +09 on 2018-05-05.
    - Ireland's standard time is in the summer, with negative DST
    offset to standard time used in Winter (bsc#1073299)
