This feature update for libbluray fixes the following issues:

Update to version 1.3.0 (jsc#SLE-23838):

  • Remove unused dependencies from pkgconfig(libbluray)
  • Enable build against java-devel >= 10.
  • Add functions to list and read BD-ROM files.
  • Add initial support for .fmts files.
  • Add initial support for OpenJDK 11.
