An update that has one fix can now be installed.

Description:

This update for tcl fixes the following issue:

  • TCL_LIBS in tclConfig.sh possibly breaks build on newer service packs. (bsc#1179615)

It is not needed for linking to a dynamic libtcl anyway and now it is empty.
