This update for mozilla-nss fixes the following issues:

• Fixes an issue for Mozilla Firefox which has failed in fips mode (bsc#1174697)
• FIPS: Adjust the Diffie-Hellman and Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman algorithms to be NIST SP800-56Arev3 compliant (bsc#1176173).
