An update that contains five features and has four fixes can now be installed.
Description:
This update for powerpc-utils fixes the following issues:
- Update to upstream version 1.3.10:

Remove patches that have been applied upstream.
- Update HNV implementation (bsc#1195404 ltc#196259 jsc#SLE-23855).
- Add support for NVMf devices (jsc#SLE-18643, bsc#1198728, ltc#197650).
