Description:
This update for nvme-cli fixes the following issues:
- Allow -1 as ctrl_loss_tmo value (bsc#1192348)
- Fix segfauls while discovering (bsc#1191935)
- Adding missing hunk (bsc#1182591)
- Use pkg-config for libuuid dependency setup
