WIll there be a virtual SUSECON?

SUSECON is back to being an in-person event! However, all technical sessions and keynotes will be recorded on-site and made available online after the conference.

Will there be a fee to view online recordings?

No, there will not be a fee to view SUSECON recordings.


All SUSECON technical sessions and keynotes content will be available online to all attendees free of charge after the event. This content will be available publicly in July 2026 (also free of charge).

Are there sponsorship opportunities for SUSECON 2026?

Yes, the prospectus will be available by the end of August 2025. 

Is there “early - bird” registration pricing?

Yes! The early-bird price of $895 is available through January 23, 2026. 

What if I must cancel my reservation?

Cancellations will be accepted until March 28, 2026. The registration cost will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee.

How do I get to the venue?

Here’s some guidance for reaching the Hilton Prague, located at Pobrežní 311/1, Prague, 186 00, Czech Republic, from various arrival points. Keep in mind there is also a Hilton Prague Old Town, so make sure you are going to the correct hotel.

From Prague Václav Havel Airport (PRG):

  • By Public Transport:
  • Bus + Subway: Take bus line 100 from the airport to Zličín metro station (Line B). From there, take the metro to Florenc station (Line B/C). The Hilton Prague is a short walk from Florenc.
  • Bus + Tram: Take the Airport Express (AE) bus to Praha Masarykovo Nádraží (train station). From there, you can take a short tram ride or walk to the Hilton Prague. Please note that this option may require a change of trams.
  • By Taxi/Ride-Sharing: A taxi or ride-sharing service will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Airport Shuttle: Many shuttle services offer direct transport to the hotel. These can be pre-booked.

From Prague Main Train Station (Praha Hlavní Nádraží):

  • By Public Transport:
  • Subway: Take subway line C from Hlavní Nádraží to Florenc station. The hotel is a short walk from there.
  • Tram: Take Tram lines 3, 8, 14 or 24 to the “Bílá labuť” stop, which is close to the hotel.
  • By Taxi/Ride-Sharing: A taxi from the main train station is a short ride, approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Walking: It is possible to walk from the main train station to the Hilton Prague in about 20 minutes.

From Prague Main Train Station (Praha Hlavní Nádraží):

  • By Public Transport:
  • Subway: Take subway line C from Hlavní Nádraží to Florenc station. The hotel is a short walk from there.

Can guests, non-SUSECON attendees attend evening events?

A guest pass is available for all evening functions for a fee of $200 per guest. This includes any regularly scheduled SUSE‐hosted conference activities after the close of daily sessions. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the evening events. Guest passes may be purchased on the SUSECON registration site.

Can I transfer the ticket to someone else?

Yes. If you need to transfer your full conference pass to another person, please contact susecon_support@suse.com.

Is there a conference app or online platform?

Yes, there is an official SUSECON app that will be available starting March 31, 2026. Within the app, you’ll be able to view the full conference schedule and create your own personalized agenda by selecting sessions of interest. You can also see room schedules and receive push notifications about important event information during SUSECON.

What is included in my ticket?

How do I submit a proposal or apply to speak?

Yes! The call for papers is open from August 26, 2025, to November 21, 2025! You can find more information about the submission process and what to expect when you apply here

Are there options for attendees with dietary restrictions?

Yes, dietary options are available with each meal.

How do I book a hotel room for SUSECON, and are there any conference discounts available?

SUSECON has arranged for a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Prague Pobrežní 311/1 Prague, 186 00 Czech Republic. Booking early is recommended to ensure availability. The link to book a hotel room at the conference rate will be available in the attendee portal.
