Description:
This update for openstack-dashboard-theme-SUSE fixes the following issues:
- Make openstack-dashboard-theme-install.sh fail early if an error is encountered
- Simplify documentation packages names
- Switch to new documentation packages (bsc#1109991)
- Switch to obscpio and new repo name
- Rename SUSE Cloud to SUSE OpenStack Cloud
