SUSE is committed to respecting human rights across our value chain – from our own SUSE employees, contractors and board members to our supplier and business partners to the communities in which we live and work. Child labour, human trafficking and illegal, abusive or forced labour have no place in our operations or in the operations of our suppliers or business partners.

The UK’s Modern Slavery Act (the Act) seeks to prevent slavery and human trafficking from occurring in business operations and supply chains and requires that businesses outline how they are complying with the Act and preventing any form of modern slavery taking place in their business. SUSE’s commitment to the prevention of modern slavery in its business is set out in its Anti-Slavery & Human Rights Statement 2021 found here: 2021
