cLVM Fails to Start on HAE Cluster

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 1
SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension 11 SP1 (HAE)

Situation

cLVM resource will not come online as a resource.  
clvmd can only start on first node in the cluster.  

Resolution

The fix is to open up TCP port 21064 in the firewall on all nodes in the cluster.
