An update that has four fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update for s390-tools fixes the following issues:

• Fixes vmcp buffer evalutaion (bsc#1209002)
• Adds support for kubernetes data collection (bsc#1209003)
• Updated cputype (bsc#1208983)
• Changed the script to avoid "/usr/bin/cputype: line xx: nnnn: command not found", when machine type was found more than once in the /proc/cpuinfo.

This update is also signed with the new secure boot key from 2023. (bsc#1209188)
