An update that has four fixes can now be installed.
Description:
This update fixes the following issues:
salt:
- Avoid "NameError: name 'salt_system_encoding' is not defined" (bsc#1138952)
- Fix load cached grain "osrelease_info" to prevent exceptions on "pkg.info_installed" on Debian and Ubuntu minion (bsc#1170042)
- Build: Buildequire pkgconfig(systemd) instead of systemd
- Backport saltutil state module to 2019.2 codebase (bsc#1167556)
- Add new custom SUSE capability for saltutil state module
- Virt._get_domain: don't raise an exception if there is no VM
- Fix partition.mkpart to work without fstype (bsc#1169800)
