An update that has two fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update for timezone, timezone-java fixes the following issues:

The timezone database was updated to 2018f:

  • Volgograd moves from +03 to +04 on 2018-10-28.
  • Fiji ends DST 2019-01-13, not 2019-01-20.
  • Most of Chile changes DST dates, effective 2019-04-06 (bsc#1104700)
  • Corrections to past timestamps of DST transitions
  • Use "PST" and "PDT" for Philippine time
  • minor code changes to zic handling of the TZif format
  • documentation updates

Other bugfixes:

  • Fixed a zic problem with the 1948-1951 DST transition in Japan (bsc#1112310)
