This update for perl-Bootloader fixes the following issues:
- Strip superfluous "/boot" parts of path if there's a symbolic link
'boot' pointing to '.'. (bsc#956885)
- Correctly handle quoting in /etc/fstab. (bsc#958608)
- Treat dumptofs and mvdump sections similar to dumpto section.

- Config file sections with no keys should not match. (bsc#913631)
- Fix detection of extended partitions on virtual discs. (bsc#659905,

- zipl: Add target line to newly created section. (bsc#906352)
- Multipath handling can lead to unexpected device mappings. (bsc#908413)
