    enhancements:

    - Redefined security levels and updated list of mandatory and optional
    services. (fate#318425)
    - Adapted management of the display manager shutdown to use
    DISPLAYMANAGER_SHUTDOWN instead of AllowShutdown. (bsc#946889)
    - Added some entries to the list of optional services. (bsc#942379)

    - Fix paths for systemd target links. (bsc#911523)
