    • Install missing dependency for Hyperv-V Management Console. (bnc#887944)
    • Fix HA cookbook for Windows instances. (bnc#901309)
    • Use KeystoneHelper.keystone_settings to fetch settings. (bnc#905273)
    • Install the Microsoft-Hyper-V-Management-Clients feature.
