    Description:

    This update for python-urlgrabber provides the following fixes:

    - Declare $ sign as a safe character in URL paths to prevent escaping of
    /$RCE/, which could lead to problems with token auth. (bsc#902416)
    - Set curl option SSL_VERIFYHOST correct.
