This collective update for SUSE Manager Proxy 1.7 provides
enhancements and new features:
* SSH Server Push
* Receive tftpboot content from SUSE Manager Server to
provide PXEboot environment on the Proxy.
Additionally, the following issues have been fixed:
spacewalk-backend:
* Do not read RPM into memory before transferring to
client.
spacewalk-backend-libs:
* Add support to V4 RSA/SHA1 signature
* Fix Unicode encoding.
spacewalk-client-tools:
* Fix CPU type for ppc64.
suseRegisterInfo:
* Fix parsing of RES release file.
How to apply this update:
1. Log in as root user to the SUSE Manager proxy. 2.
Stop the proxy service: spacewalk-proxy stop 3. Apply the
patch using either zypper patch or YaST Online Update. 4.
Start the Spacewalk service: spacewalk-proxy start
