This update for the NFS support utilities (nfs-client,
nfs-kernel-server) provides the following fixes:
* Allow gssd to work with more than 1024 connections,
depending on the 'nofile' resource limit. Increase this
limit to 4096 before starting rpc.gssd.
* Fix a signal handling issue that could cause silent
termination of the rpc.idmapd daemon.
* Don't convert user or group names with non-ASCII
characters to 'nobody' or 'nogroup'.
* Don't impose local-locking on /usr/sap.
* Skip processing files in /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs/nfs
if they don't exist.
