* zipl: Flush disk buffers before installing IPL record
* qeth_configure: add option to udev rule if setting it
succeeds, not if it fails

* *_configure: print meaningful error messages on
failure
* zfcp_san_disc: fix LUN scanning with SVC/V7000
* do not delete zfcpdump.image and zfcpdump.rd on
upgrade
* zfcp_disk_configure: add missing double quotes to
prevent missing comparison operand
* zfcp_disk_configure: prevent reading from nonexistent
sysfs files

initialization better
* shorten some messages to prevent compilation failure
