This update for timezone provides 2012f, which includes the
following time zone changes:
* Fiji DST is October 21st 2012 -> January 20th, 2013
* Pacific/Fakaofo: Tokelau is UTC+13, not UTC+14
It also includes a fix for cleaning up stale symlinks of
posixrules to /etc/localtime confusing 3rd party
applications, like Java.

following time zone changes:
* Fiji DST is October 21st 2012 -> January 20th, 2013
