The audit daemon (auditd) would leak memory when
log_format=NOLOG was specified in /etc/audit/auditd.conf.
This configuration is typically used when forwarding log
information to other hosts via the network rather than
performing local logging.
In addition, auditctl would fail to parse negative
arguments for a0-a3 rules.
